hello im from Panama (central america) i own a Fabia 1.4 16 valve 2005 i would like to know

which Spark Plugs are compatibles beside the original

as far as i know they are NGK after all but i would like to know the model

or which brand you would recomend if anybody knows about the subject

I would think that you should stay with using NGKs as they are quality plugs. If you remove one you will be able to read the identification around the steel ring at the threaded part. I seem to remember reading this number off my wife's original VW NGK plugs fitted to her Polo.
