Hi all - me again! I'm wondering if anyone's aware of the existence of aftermarket roof bars/rails - seeing that fitting of Skoda roofbars is (I'm told) a headlining-out job (=£££££), are there any bars around that would work? I haven't been able to find any from Thule or similar & it would seem that the handirack air-rack-type would not be suitable due to the curtain airbags in the car.

you should be able to get Skoda bars fitted for about £250 all in

I've also bought original roof railings...

There is a huge job for fixing, the whole inner ceiling and pillar trims will be removed.
