Eibach anti roll bars

Featured Replies

i have the chance to purchase some eibach ARBs marginally cheaper than normal

is it a worthwhile upgrade for my estate?

also does anyone know the difference between the

Eibach 40-85-005-01-11

and the

Eibach 40-85-005-01-10

besides the extra £100 for the 11

also roughly how much does a steel sump for the octy cost?(diesel)

Is one the kit and the other single bar?

Yes - front bar or both.

As far as I know you cant get a steel sump for the diesel Octavia.

I reckon it is more likely to be either the rear bar or both bars.

Just the rear bar will be plenty mate!!

It will balance the car out quite nicely!!!:D

Steve:)

That and I think he means the steel sump guard which fits them all.

Can I just confirm with those who have the Eibach Rear ARB is it the Golf MKIV that I need to order when I order one??

Thanks

yeah i had read that most people had just the rear on but when i went onto awesomegti it said i needed the expensive one cause ive got the estate?

i do hope the cheaper one fits having just been made redundent.lol

Just the rear will do the job mate, honestly save your money!!

As you have the oil burner you will already have a beefed up front anti roll bar (21mm or 23mm) because of the pig iron in the front.

Yes, that's the one you need!

VW Bora Antiroll bar should fit shouldnt it?

As in an aftermarket one for the Bora or the OEM one? If it's OEM then it won't be any different to what's already on there.

its the eibach one

Should be the same then. The part numbers should be the same for all FWD Mk4 platform cars.
