Got one on order :P

Have two EZ Wheel Brushes and have sourced loads for my mates, best brush on the market IMHO, the Megs one is rubbish!!!

Shame about the meguires brush, I quite like mine and it still seems ok.

I really like the autoglym brush for the surface and spokes.

If you use it regularly it will degrade, the bristles get all mangled and then it becomes pretty useless.............:thumbdwn:

I have an Autoglym one as well but I only use it for the areas around the wheel nuts and tough dirt on the outer rims.

Just read the comments on the box regarding detailing tips..............

" The EZ Detail Auto Brush has memory bristles. If they become matted during use, dip the brush in hot water and HAND to dry.................................":rofl:

The pads are the same style as the ones you get in Meguires Gold Wax, yellow about 5" wide.

I found some nice ones in B&Q, rubber moulded, round that had quite a stubby end to it. I think they were for wood staining or something but looks like a smaller version of the AG one!

I use the Vikan brushes Car Care Direct similiar to the powerstick. You can get right into the wheel and between the caliper. There's minimal splash back when you remove the brush as well. Plus on the long reach brushes to can replace just the head as it screws off.

The Megs brush is very poor.

seriously, unless your doing the insides forget brushes !

go to B&Q and buy yourself a tile sponge for about £1, and cut it in half, they are soft as anything when wet and being a sponge it will change shape easily to get into any awkward angles, ive used one for over 12 months now and i wont use anything else, i used to have white wheels and 1 year on they still looked like the day they got powder coated, no scratches or marks of any sort

As said Megs brush is real rubbish

Have ordered an EZ one and will have to clean my car properly as it feels like sandpaper at the moment :o

Surely you should always clean the inside of your wheels?

i only do the insides every few weeks, and most brushes are no good on the outside anyway

I started this thread on DW other day which maybe worth a read.

They should do, I've used mine a few times and they keep their shape. Just remember to pull the brush out gently from the wheel otherwise you will get splash back!

I love it when you talk dirty................ :D

The Megs brush was demic, now using a Colgate 'Reach' :D

Hope they last longer than my EZ brush

You must have been using the brush hard to break it, still on my original EZ brush for over a year now with no concerns or problems, including use on details..........
