Can anybody advise on any possible viewing area's for this rally?

The service is at Penrith Truck Stop so you will be able to see all the cars there, but would like to see some action also if possible.

Because of the situation with the Lowther family there isn't really anywhere you can go safely and legally. Don't try Warcop as they'll have plenty of squaddies out there and if I remember right you get served with quite a hefty fine too.

Why not marshal - okay you don't get to take photos but you'll get close to the action, you won't p1ss anyone off and you might get bitten by the bug.

Hmmm... I know what your saying but not really for me I think..

I know of a place to watch a small part of Warcop at the side of the A66 I think... Jimmy McRae was watching there last year in the course car.. not ideal, but not on the squaddie land so won't get into trouble

Could always follow the zero car out of the truck stop, but that might end in disaster so maybe not......

Maybe be down at this, my dad is running car number 8 but hes back in old car as engine rebuilt on current car isn't finished in time. Happy days
