Hi guys and gals, just got my VRS Thursday, shes a 52 plate in red, 81k miles. I paid £3500 for her and shes almost a minter.

I've come from a 400bhp Nissan Pulsar but due to having kids I thought its time to go fast but practical...

I must say for a 1.8T and weighting as much as a Hummer shes more than I expected. Very pleased. :D:D

One thing she seems to make a droning noise at 60mph then stops at 65. Comes from the back end. Is this a common problem with them?

Oh and giving her to Revo or Superchips really worth the extra 30bhp? £500+ bucks seems alot only 30bhp.

Already thinking of ways to mod her. Spent over 20k on my Pulsar but it was worth every bank charge!!!

Can anyone please recommend the best mods to do first?

Recirculating Button not working

Have come to use the A/C for the first time this past week and noticed that pressing the button for the recirculating air doesn’t appear to work. Button presses but nothing happens it doesn’t light up and stays off Also through the media center doesn’t do anything, wondering if anyone has come across this before? Or is it a trip to Skoda?

In my Skoda Superb I recently had the warning light come on on the dash to warn me that I had some non-functioning light bulbs. All of the faulty bulbs have been replaced including both headlight bulbs. The warning light is still illuminated telling me that my left hand main beam is still faulty. Both headlights function as normal in both low and high beam. How can I get the warning light to extinguish? (all bulbs seem to be functioning correctly)

Hey everyone. My car is developing what I'm 99% sure is topmount bearing noise when slow manoeuvring, not so much a creaking but more of a bearing moving kind of noise (people who have had it I'm sure will know what I mean). . I've has it on other cars too. . My car only has 27k on and is a 68 plate facelift vrs. What are my chances of getting it sorted under warranty? . . I've only owned the car just over 4 months and it's already had the water pump replaced

Hi all, hoping for some guidance. started my car today which is parked in a basement garage in Sydney Australia. For the first time ever it spluttered and the engine stopped. Started again and gave it a rev and it spluttered a little and then smoothed out. Probably due for spark plugs and air filter - any other ideas of what to look at? Petrol 2015 plate Octavia VRS turbo petrol 2.0L engine completely stock.
