Hi

My felica 1.3mpi x reg has just started to show a warning light on the dashboard. It's a red exclamation mark in a circle and the ABS light also. these are coming on and off as i drive. I think the light has something to do wuth the brakes but they are working fine and the fluid is at a good level.

Any ideas??

Could be an electric fault. The "search" button - a handy gadget - gives two suggestions:

First one should be easy to check, if you have a stable 14.5 V current (or thereabouts) from the alternator it's probably not faulty.

You will need a fault code check on that one.

Check all the fheel bearings, as a bit of play in one can make the air gap to large between the sensor and pole wheel , and flash up a warning. Does it come on mainly when cornering?
