Got my vRS on order but was going to have to wait for about twice as long to get xeons on the car.

Can xeons be retro fitted afterwards and how much is it and how complicated is it to fit

They would cost a fortune to retro-fit as there are headlight levelling sensors, headlight washer jets, headlight units, capsules (bulbs) and ballasts (transformers)...

It would be a nightmare!

If you want them, then put up with the wait and get them... Don't consider retro-fit.

Nope don't retro fit it would be a nightmare, they ARE worth waiting for believe me.
