Featured Replies

HI

hope this right forum?

popped at fron tyre on a new ferby vrs...... got quoted

Its because the spare is a 15" wheel and the std ones are 16"

Supposed to have the same sized wheel on the same axle really

Or so im told.

Christ on a bike, not only are the Primacy's crap, but they're pricey as well

Mytyres.co.uk list them at

I can second the recommendation for mytyres.co.uk

Local place here fits & balances mine for a fiver a corner, you should be able to get a similar price.

NEVER go to the "Fast-Fit" outfits, they'll charge an arm & 2 legs if they can get away with it.

Geoff that depends how scuplous they are! My local fast fit place is fine, they charged

Colin, insert the word "major" before Fast-Fit then ;)

Smaller places tend to be better.

Are Hi-Q not nationwide? Although they do franchise although so maybe those franchises to local companies are better. Also price depends whether you go to a garage in a poor area like ASDA does etc. I think you just have to be stong with them, and walk away if your not happy at the prices.
