i am going to buy a octy 19 tdi dsg,my nephew who is a taxi driver said they are fantastic cars.I was talking to two taxi drivers one had the octy1 he said he has had nothing but trouble,the other one said he thought it was the best car he has ever had.He has the octy 2.The car im looking at is a 06 19 tdi the garage want 10500 it has 12000 on the clock.im looking for some advice con flicting views from different people

Mime is outstanding. Best car I have owned. My DSG gives me between 41-44 MPG around town.

Its stress free driving, I'm only in the driving seat to pick up the fines if the car gets it wrong!

You can get a 06 1.9 tdi classic for 6k with 33k on the clock from the taxi centre Glasgow and they will deliver it to your door they have many specials going at the moment

Just tell them you will be but in a few months but you want the car to get things fitted so they are done

If they ask about insurance as they also sell that as well, just say you have private at the moment but will get back to them

When you contact them ask about the second hand ones they go through there work shop so are as good as new

You can even get a brand new MK1 as they still sell them

Anybody can buy from them as i have done twice.
