After the thread over on CupraNet about the cost of replacement keys I popped into All Electric in halesowen to ask them.

I was trying very hard to keep a straight face when they said

Used them when they were at Barns Hill, totally usless.

Still waiting for a call for my testdrive after 18 months!

The other branch that they closed were very cheap when I bought my car (1900 off list) and pretty good for servicing but this lot are useless.

I'm not all that bothered about the cost as the insco are paying but I dislike being treated like an idiot by them. I knew in advance what the key costs so I know they were taking the pi55
