Sandiskshop.co.uk/ANPR (UK) Ltd - ceased trading?

Featured Replies

I have been waiting patiently for a Micro SD card ordered online from sandiskshop.co.uk 10 days ago. When I tried to chase the order up today, I found that neither their customer service number (0844 840 5630) nor their new customer support number (0161 6602 988) is connected. The accounts for the parent company - ANPR (UK) Ltd - are overdue, although not by much, but their telephone number (0844 540 5610) is likewise not connected! Have these companies ceased trading?

Other ANPR (UK) companies include PDA Online, carkit online and online memory. None - including ANPR (UK)- are currently contactable by telephone, although there is this message on the online memory's website:

Unfortunately we are experiencing technical difficulties with our phone system. Please email us for assistance whilst we rectify this issue

According to this thread, it doesn't seem unusual behaviour for them.

TY, Phil. Interesting that 9 months on their telephones still don't work. :( If the memory doesn't turn up, I will only be £10.40 out of pocket.

Dont worry to much for now Denis. I ordered an 8GB card from them last year and delivery was really slow, IIRC it took 3 weeks for the card to arrive. Although the website said it was in stock, it turns out it wasnt and that was the reason for the delay.

By credit card, Steve. I have reordered from company you recommended. :)

Good to hear, on both counts :)

So are you getting a refund through your card company, for the original purchase?

Steve

And, as a bye the bye, Samsung have just put $5.85 Billion dollar bid in for Sandisk.

Maybe their service might improve if taken over
