considering an octavia

hi all.. just recently passed my test in my 96 felicia and have always been mad keen for an octavia but at 17 i couldnt insure the turbo versions is there any decent octavias out there and how much would i expect to pay for one thanks all

Why not keep the felicia for a year or two and build up some no claims bonus and generally wait for your insurance premiums to drop a bit? I waited till I was 25 till I gor my 306HDi (used to a standard 1.2 Nova before that), and then changed to the Octy when I got a couple of dogs.

Non turbo'd cars? 1.6 and 1.8.... I think.

i would of thought something like an older honda civic aerodeck would be cheaper and more fun, its the one with LSD and is pretty quick although doesnt look it.

Or look for a "nice sensible TDi", which is faster than anything bar a 1.8T and does way better mpg too.

Get a Fabia Vrs great fun and it was cheaper to insure than my "chav boi" saxo vtr (oh the shame) !
