On Order

We'll I've gone and done it and ordered a new 1.9tdi Elegance estate in solid red to replace our focus estate. Car was already produced so should only be a couple of weeks to wait. Perfect now we've got two kids and their associated parifinalia to lug around.

Dealer is getting tints fitted for a similar cost to sunset privacy glass and I've ordered front mud flaps, mats and a load liner. Anything else worthwhile getting? Do they come with locking wheel nuts?

What is the consensus on the servicing packages?

We're a two Skoda family now as I've been really impressed with my Fabia vRS.

Oh, and I'll be checking for hail damage:D.

Regards

Ian

If you had played your cards right you could have got all the above for free, the salesman would have been pleased with the order anyway I hope you also managed to knock him down on the price of the car on top of the trade in

I have contacts within the dealer group and was happy with price. Asking for more would have been taking the mickey - these guys have to make a living like everyone else. Also heavy discounts just undermine the secondhand values.

Hi Ian,

Yes, they do come with locking wheel nuts and I think it will be variable servicing intervals whether you like it or not!

Cheers,

RDX
