Even more so than a front mount intercooler as your charge temps will be higher so your get bigger gains.

Certainly looks quick Jason. :)

How hard are these to fit and where would you fit one in a fabia engine bay as there's not much room in there

Would need to cram the pump in somewhere, and install the reservoir in the boot. Maybe even the pump can go in the boot too.

i MADE room in the engine bay ;)

I wouldn't expect anyone to go to the extremes I did to keep everything in the engine bay, but here's my finished W/M install. :) (actually, it was before the water pipes were hooked up :o)

I was about to post the same reply :)

Which would work out more effective in terms of power gains and reducing the effects of heatsoak:

SMIC with Devilsown kit

FMIC with no water/methanol kit

Put it this way, a lot of customers do away with their intercoolers once they fit a kit.

I know it's not the same car as it's a petrol but it still shows the gains, a customer fitted a devils kit on his GTST skyline with the std SMIC and had it mapped to 347bhp by RSP.

RSP informed me and the customer the higest gains they'd seen with similar mods using a FMIC was 335bhp.
