Everyone who moved from the N70 to N80 then N80 to N95 said the same thing.

Spec wise, it's a lot better than any N95 flavour. Out of all the handsets I'm aware of that are out now, or due to be in the next few months, I'm gonna stake my claim on one when the prices arent so silly.

They should if it's under 14 days, however they will only give you the same model.

Well i visited a few stores today and they wouldnt even exchange it for the same model - they all said "you need to take it to a repair centre to see if its a fault or not" FFS! its got dust in the screen after less than a week!

If its not sorted by the weekend ill just cancel the contract and go somewhere else

Was it an upgrade? If so, unless you have insurance, you have to go the repair centre route.

If a new contract/network, then demand the refund and PAC code and walk.
