I really struggled to be honest with the colour, like I said in the detail the defects were there but I just couldn't show them...........:thumbdwn:

Think that it looked good in the end though and as much as the colour caused me problems, the colour looked very deep and wet in the end.......

Just enjoying my favourite beer now, Michlob Ultra...........:D

Yeah I have plenty of Brasso for my wheels, good stuff...........

i was wondering about brasso on alloys if it would work or not.

I use it on my alloys but then they are mirror polished so it's a different kettle of fish, I wouldn't advise using them on your normal alloy as it may well dull the finish................:thumbdwn:

ta mate

So, this is where you've been!

I like the way you say "paint showed some signs of protection..." then promptly snow foamed it in the next shot, good skills

It appears as though our rain repellent seems to be "mixing it" with the trendy detailing bunch, what's the deal with that cardboard box?

Anyway, top job as ever - I really like the E36 in that colour. I don't really like BMW's but I'd make an exception for that one

Nice one. You can do it on your own!!

Anyway, top job as ever - I really like the E30 in that colour. I don't really like BMW's but I'd make an exception for that one

Sure have mate, it's been a long weekend not only detailing the BMW but also working on my mates Golf MKIV and giving the Superb some TLC.

Got to get rid of that protection somehow and the Snow Foam does the job well..........:D

Comes in a cardboard box mate, so just left it in there as it has the appliactor in it, nearly bought some Rain-X but when I saw the little 'Best Buy' thing I decided to stick with what I know works.........

The E36 is an old shape now but you have to love the good old M3.

I can do it on my own and have before but it's damm easier working as a team.............

The bit you missed here was "and I didn't want Bluefox to hunt me down". Because I would have done.

Seriously.
