maybe an hours labour, although if it's the inner one you need to drain and refill the gearbox oil so it will be more

Probably £40-£50, mostly. Worth phoning around. It's an easy, though slightly tiresome, job.

Usually around an hours labour, the complete Skoda CV boot kit is around £15, but for this you get the clips, grease and the driveshaft lock ring. An inner boot is not a failure item - advise only.
