'Leccy Window Problem

Featured Replies

Hey,

Was just reading through some old posts here and still had a few questions before I call the dealer. I'm driving an '06 Fabia vrs which is stil under warranty.

My driver side window is functioning, although when I click it to close up it stops 1/3 the way up and then automatically rolls back down. I would think it should be covered under the warranty.

Before I ring the dealer, I'd appreciate any thoughts. Is it the motor or regulator?

Thanks in advance,

V

Try resetting the 'one touch' function first. I did have a similar problem caused by the motor being slightly loose, so the convenience module could not 'learn' where the the window top postion was, so kept doing the roll back thing cos it thinks something is obstructing it.
