Can you fit Gauges on mk1?

Featured Replies

Just wondering on the vrs mk1 the gap under the radio, I saw in one vrs 3 sport gauges in a housing which fitted very well, does anybody know where/how there got? they look the part!

There is a guy over on seat-cupra who does a sideline in custom gauge mounts for a reasoble cost, he has done leons, S3s and Mk4s for me, I expect he could do a good job on the Octavia too.

This is one of his leon mounts. PM me if you would like his email as I don't want to broadcast it without his permission.

here is a link to a thread on the subject Nev Pod fitted now - SEAT Cupra.net - SEAT Forum

3 in a row in a std din adapter is the easiest / cheapest way.

janspeed sell the 3 row din adapter for about £7, they sell them online and through e-bay.

They will be fine, you will just need the sensors for them of the correct piping depending on what gauges you want

SWG do a 3 gauge for the cubby hole and a vent pod
