Anyone used VW Rescue in the west midlands?

Featured Replies

Hi Guys,

Just wondering if any of you have ever used vw rescue in wombourne (previously gornal wood)?

I was thinking of giving them a try as they're really close, and hopefully cheaper than a main dealer. :)

Not used them myself, but I've heard good things about them.

I've used Midland VW in Cannock, who are excellent.

Been there when my vRS was remapped by P-Torque.

They were spot on tbh, they gave my car the once over underneath a good 15 minutes and didnt charge me a thing. If i was closer i would deff use them as they all seam to be clued up although i never had any actual work done there

Used them a few times, great new outfit and the guys are top notch and very friendly.

lol just boring service for the time being mate.

Getting a bit of a light scraping noise when changing from 1-2-3 as the clutch engages.... early signs of flywheel wear maybe?

Got my house ready to remortgage to pay for it  :(

LOL, They'll sort you out a deal. there rates are good.

I'm sure they will :) both people I've spoken to on the phone were really nice... I'm just aware that clutch + flywheel = no frills food for a few months

Hi

We work closely with VW Rescue, superb guys with alot of knowledge.

If you speak to Steve, (one of the partners) ask about his new Golf MK2 Twin engine'd 1.8T project....which I have the misfortune of mapping up
