I see from your notes that you spoke to a member of our service team. But i have requested a senior supervisor looks into it to see if there is anything that we can do now for you and if you do need to send the evidence on to us.

There are about 6 or 7 dans and i've been in and out of meeting's all day boo hoo

Thanks for letting me know as far as i was aware a callback had been completed.I'm looking into what is happening and a callback is being arranged asap.Sincere Apologies again.Dan.

Had my docs through the post today and found quite a few mistakes in the details that were attatched, and the info regarding £25 admin fees for additions to the mod list contradicts the info i was given on the phone when i questioned the fee's and was told these had been removed.

Dan, i need to be confident i can get in my car and if someone hits me i'm fully covered, but right now i'm very sceptical about the details i gave AF matching what is actually covered at your end.

I've red ringed the mistakes and amended accordingly and posted them off yesterday.

Some one can give me a ring to confirm the details if they like?

My fav mistake was:

Have you had any accidents in the last 3 yrs, if so give details below

Then already filled on computer on my behalf was:

YES Accident on 01/08/2003

I'm not the worlds best mathmatician, but i make that 5 years and 2 months so i would expect to pay less for not having an accident in the last 3 yrs?

I look forward to a call back...

I apologise about this - I have personally passed this on to Jenny the Customer Service manager to be dealt with ASAP. Again, all I can do at this stage is apologise.
