Morning all.... Just wondered if there is any after market uprated suspension out there (springs/shocks) that would help improve the ride/handling of my lil vRS but without lowering the car?

Personally i like the standard look of the furby vRS and don't want to change it in any way, but i would like to improve the handling a little if possible......

Any suggestions much appreciated.

Koni FSD's will work with standard VRS springs. Do a google search for them.....they are supposed to be very good.

Ive got Eibach springs and dampers on mine - only lowers the car by 25mm which is barely noticeable, however if you want to improve the handling then surely you need it lowering. In my opinion one of the best mods to improve handling is probably to fit a rear ARB, Jabba or whiteline do them. I went for Jabba and the difference really is quite impressive, especially on a track. If you want to keep your car standard looking then this could be a good look as nobody will see it

one of the eitbach or koni kists will look minimal on the lowering of the car, but the ride is soo much improved. Upgrade the bushes while you have it all off, put a RARB, pair all this with some good tyres and, you will love the diffrence

£400 for the B8's (bilstien dont recommend B6 due to the vRS running mm lower than the rest of the fabia range)

Other option are Koni Sprot, Koni FSD and sachs. I've had sach's and oem springs. Did help things.

Cheap option and probably the best is a Rear Anti roll bar. I prefer this over my past eibach springs/sachs damper and oem springs/sachs dampers.

could allways get aq set of coilovers and set the ride height at whatever you want. then if you want to in future it can be lowered slightly
