Not sure if this has been done before around here, but I've searched and not found anything and I can't remember seeing a thread like this since I've been on here.

Mine's just about clock over 70k. Bought with a month's warranty left on 54k last december and although I know this is quite high I was wondering if anyone could comfort me with the fact they've covered more?

To that end! Here's a poll to collect information from everyone to see where the majority of the Fabia's mileage lies. Feel free to post your car's age and mileage too tho!!

06 plate with only 16k miles:)

05 plate with 42109 miles on the clock, bought it when it had 28595 on the clock last september.

04 plate, 43444 miles covered, 5,000 of those since January

55 plate with 33k

53 Plate, currently sitting on 116408

nearly 1900 last weekend, South of France & Back, averaged 30 mpg but loads of Not in a Fabia though

07 with 37k

56 reg with 22,222 as of last night

Have those of you with really high mileages encountered any significant problems? Or does the vrs tend to be pretty durable?

Mine is a 2001 1.4 91k and has a fair few issues. Looking at its service history its had dodgy steering, exhuast gone, gearbox is on its way out at the minute, although it still rides well and the engine is fine. I just think mine is a bad example and that dealer was ripping the previous owner off a huge ammount. . . but on the whole the two months I've had it have been a big improvement over my old Fiat. . .

Bought my '07 plate VRS in February with 7000 on the clock... Now on 17,000

'55' September 2005 with ~62,000 on it, all mine, from new.

53 plate vRS, 121000. All gravy, still pulls like a train, not much smoke now the boost leak has been sorted.

55plate jan 2006 with 59k - all mine.

54 plate October 2004

71,100 miles.

1 Turbo required at 60k but still pulls like a train.

05 9050 wen i had it about 4 months ago now up to 14k sadly lol

40K 55 fabia Vrs, original clutch and turbo still going very strong

06 reg just turned 41k

My 54 reg hybrid vrs had 144k on its clocks when i got rid a few months back

05 plate with 23k

put on 4k of that since July!

56 reg with ~37K on the clock. No problems whatsoever - haven't even had to change anything (except tyres)... Very pleased so far!

Ummm, y plate - 74k on clocks, clocks had 7360 on when fitted into my car when old clocks had 63k, which means? :confused: Oh sod it, over 100k.

53 plate vRS just went past 66,666 the other night..........luckily nothing bad happened though!
