… how much a standard suspension kit (shocks and springs) from an Octavia hatchback might weigh? I need to work out courier costs but have no way of weighing the box.

Use parcel2go.com, up to 30kg is about £8.50 and your std suspension weighs less than 30kg. They collect it from your door and that price is for 2-4 day delivery which more often arrives within 2 days - Rich
