You might want to :sofahide:, or put on some Nomex. The staff from Awesome GTi read these fora, and knowing the sort of job they usually do I'd think it'll be about as good as a Golf mk2 VR6.

I do agree that it's about twice what I'd expect to pay (based on the Golf prices) though.

If you were willing to put the graft in and had the required skills, you could bulid one cheaper, obviously the labour is a large element. The mag it was featured in reckoned it cost iro 20K to build.
