Hi , first of all sorry for my english...

I have bought my Superb 1.9 TDI 130CV Comfort , and here in Spain nobody knows that excellent car. I had seen Passat , Mondeo , C5 but this car is diferent (BIG,CHEAP,GOOD LOOK and UNIQUE).

I am a macintosh user , and "i think different" , so i think this car is the same as apple mac , a good product that nobody knows and a few can be happ with it.

A lot of people here knows skoda by TAXI DRIVERS , a lot of taxis here in Mdrid are OCTAVIA , an people said me ..."AHHHH you have bought an OCtavia , isnt it?? and when i said , no is a SUPERB their mouth was as open as the door of my future car.

Please tell me about if Comfort there has ESP as serie equipment , because here the car comes now with ESP.

Madrid wonderful place, having spanish relatives and having part spanish blood (although I can't speak spanish) means frequent visits to Madrid and Malaga area. I was there in Februrary and stayed in a hotel close to the pueta del sol (Hotel Regina). Even though it was cold it was very busy. Last september we stayed in a pension just off of gran-via (calle de hortaleza) again it was very busy.

I spotted the octavia taxi's to, lots of them ,mostly older pre-facelift models (upto 2001) with few newer ones. A few years ago I seem to remember they were mostly seat cordoba's.

It,s easy. The name ( and my sig) say it all about it.

So far mine is fautless, and all of us in my house love it ( me, wife, kids).

What more could a man ask for......( smutty answers aside)
