Octavia 2009 Spec?

Featured Replies

I managed to get prices and specifications translated for the various levels of 2009 Octy from the czech website. How close would this be UK spec?

I believe that the order book is open in mid December, anyone know when the Uk spec details will be available?

The Skoda uk website has the old spec books for download, I personally think that bar one or two things, the specs (although the names for the trim levels may change) will stay the same so for a rough guide I would simply look at that until the final specs are launched

Thanks for that. I was curious how say the Elegance spec would translate on the new media options. The old Elegance had rear PDC, and only the Amundson supports a visual interface, etc. At what level would you get a Bolero. I sit in the car not on it, so what I get interests me! The cz site still uses the same trim levels: Classic, Ambient, Elegance & L&K. Noticed that they had the 1.8TSI available on the Ambiente.

Have to be patient I suppose.

looking at the czech website, the Bolero is a 8000Kc (£300) option on the elegance, so you over there you would get the swing. By the look of it the swing radio is similar to the Stream that the pre facelift cars have, so by my reckoning in the UK the three major trim levels would come with that, and all but the classic having a 6 disc changer in the boot. The Bolero would come as std in the L&K, like the Audience does now. Also expect the Bolero to be more than a £300 option when the UK specs are announced.

With regards to the PDC, the LCD screen on the Sing would show up a visual parking interface,as the streem can do that just fine. Everything else is down to preference.

Bear in mind, all of these are eduated guesses rather than fact.

no common rail 170 tdi engine yet and no park assist.. shame
