I believe my TDI pump is worn and needs a rebuild....Are there kits out there to rebuild or can a forum member point me to a good exchange unit?

This is for an AHF 110 bhp Tdi engine....around year 2000.

I thought the 110TDI was ASV, or was the AHF an older version?

I think your best bet it to speak to a diesel injection specialist (usually bosch people) who can often rebuild them.

What is up with yours that you suspect it's dead as I'm guessing a duffed MAF would reduce fuelling so give similar symptoms. At £65 it's a lot cheaper to try replacing too.

Bosch or Turner Tune are the usual suspects for this sort of job; choose whoever's nearer you.
