In the history of things the fabia was the first to get the platform then the ibiza then in 2002 the polo.

Neither am I -BUT then having seen MK2 Furby's ,Im growing to like the front . To my mind the origonal Furby sort of looks similar to the A3 ,which is a sort of classic look.

But... ah ha, would the polo front end fit onto the fabia? I've had an idea... Folo anyone?

Probably, with quite a bit of work. And some new front wings. And a bonnet

And yes, the 9N3 front is much better than the 9N.

I agree completely and I'm a Polo owner, but the Ibiza came last to UK I think.

Each to their own as they say, but I think the original 9N front looks a bit Merc(ish) and the facelifted Polo looks like its far too small a car to handle these new lights and centre grill - proportions are out a bit (for me). I've forgotten what the latest Polo is going to look like - but it can only be an improvement - but if it is basically the same underneath then its goodbye to VW for me - I'm not a charity and "reliable and rough and tough and cheap to run" are not this platform's best known traits!

When i first saw the new fabias i laughed outloud. I wont be getting one put it that way.
