vRS is so close I can smell it...

Featured Replies

Fabia vRS is on its way! Arriving at Dealer tomorrow or Tuesday apparently, spanner in the works is that I have to go to US for a month for training, proper b****d, would rather stick around damp ulster with a new car than have to go to dusty dallas and drive rentalmobiles for a month. I'll be running off the plane and straight to the car dealer!

Similar thing happened to me I picked my new car on a Friday, but then had to go to Chicago Saturday morning for a couple of weeks to be trained up on something I already knew in detail :(

I was NOT happy I can tell you but it'll be worth the wait. BTW my hire car was a Kia (some horibble saloon, cheap plastics, crappy autobox, and that constant ding, ding, ding until you put your seatbelt on) talk about annoying so to jump back into my Skoda was pure relief.

I think we're getting Nissans, hopefully won't be driving too much, apparently its up to 38 celsius, don't fancy driving in that heat.
