How long do poly bushes last?

Hi,

I had some poly bushes fitted to the front lower arms of my MK1 VRS about 18mts ago, the car just failed the MOT due to play in the lower arm bushes..............

I though they were supposed to last years?:confused:

Any ideas?

Are they the powerflex ones?

Reason I ask is that they have been known to pop out.

Thanks for the reply :thumbup:, i got them from jabba so am 99% sure they were powerflex!

I guess it all depends. Mine haven't popped out since I had them fitted over 30k miles ago
