Dear All,

My pervious Octavia 2005 had soft suspension than the new one 2009 so I received the d/m email from Skoda info

But there is something unclear for me what is the different between sport chassis & sport suspension

I would like to inform you that your vehicle was produced with 4x alloy wheels PEGASUS which come together with the sport chassis. The rear suspension is also sport version. So you are right about it as it is of course quite hard comparing to the standard suspensions.

I think they mean suspension.

If you ordered 17" as an option, you automatically get sports suspension. If it's VERY hard, check the dealer removed the transport blocks. It's firm, but not bone rattling hard.

Quite right!

LOL, I think the dealers need pull cords attached to the blocks the amount of them that dont PDI correctly!

Oh, and a big sign on the windscreen or dash that reads "Align the f'ing xenons!"

too true, so much seems to be missed on the pdi and it seems to be the same common few things. just makes me wonder if they actually perform a pdi.
