vladac = sovereign, ruler, regent, prince, potentate, governor

objemovy = size, volume, stretch, dimension, content, capacity, bulk

karburátor, zplynovač = Carburetor

if you read it backward i guess it would read Carburetor's capacity governor and it would refer to the float,
