Uprated front pads for the vRS

Featured Replies

I have just recieved tarox strada front pads but didn't realise they have the wrong connections for the wear sensor. Can you get them with the correct connections? Do the ferrodo DS2500's come with the correct connections as I might swap for these instead if they do. Would it be ok to put these on old discs or would it be best to get new discs aswell?

Thanks

Should come with the correct connections, and yes ferrodo do the correct ones aswell.

re the disks theyre fine on worn discs but undertake the usual bedding in process which is discussed a lot on here.

If using the Ferodos expect a lot shorter disc life as my mate fitted them to a supercharged clio with new slotted EBC discs and in a very funny (for us anyway ) couple of months watched his slots completely dissapear he he he :rofl:

Hi

No the Strada pads dont come with the correct wire

I am afraid these are wrong and cannot get them with the correct connector on

We just cut the wire off the pads and tape up the connector

Cracking pads , but I am afraid the connector is wrong

Sorry
