armrest skoda fabia 2001

Featured Replies

does anyone know is it possible to buy armrest for skoda fabia classic y reg.went to skoda dealer and they told me i can't.looked online and found a lot of them.is it really handy in fabia to have a armrest ,doing quite a lot motorway driving.just wondering if anyone have one and (that's what i heard) how having an armrest affects handbrake.thanks for all the information.

I think the ones I've seen are aftermarket ones that bolt to the side of your chair using the seat belt bucket bolt. My dad's octy has one but when I've had a gander at the fitting it seems fatter than the fabia's. I haven't seen a factory fitted one to the fabia so the dealer was kinda right.

I have an aftermarket one in my Fabia and I'm happy with it.

I think it was £45 when I boiught it.

It flips up to allow access to the handbrake and has storage inside.

I'll get some pics of it this weekend.

It screws into the centre console, and you do lose the useless cupholder on the centre tunnel.

EDIT: Seems the company that sold them are no longer around.

Armster seem to be highly rated though.

I bought one off someone on here, he had it shipped in from europe and it a genuine part!!!

I stand corrected LOL

so could I get an Octy one and place it in a fabia with no problems (doubt my dad will let me take his apart for me to check). lol

Somewhere on here I once found pictures of a OEM one.. Think prob the one mamtamad bought.

You have to hack the cup holder part out of the centre console.. then I think it bolts to the floor/tunnel.

All going on one pic I saw once.. and wanted.. but then read it was an import and almost certainly now out of production!

Your lucky mamtamad! very rare part.
