I have to say that my one off experience of insuring with AF was good as i do have a vehicle insured seperately from the Octy, so now as the time has come for renewal we decided to enquire through AF, my god what a shock....:eek:

Currently through NU and paying about £550, AF only about £50 cheaper, and when you take into account breakdown cover and business use etc........Not that good i'm afraid......:thumbdwn:

I got a smaking deal from them today.

Last time I tried them they were nowhere near my current insurer so I have not bothered since.

Can't say anything more either way really.

They were good on the S2 (although the renewal's just come through at pretty much the same as it was last year) but rubbish on anything else I've asked them to quote on. Nearly £200 off the next best quote on the Octavia and I had to really really push them at that.
