what time do the majority of all attendees expect to arrive at Silverstone?

as i'm staying in the Premierlodge nearby it would be good to meet at the entrance.

So Rooboy/Chavyboy/Andy Ellis what are your plans,if your going that is!!!

as mine isn't going to be the cleanest Octy vRS attending,is there any order/preference for parking?

Chavyboy is not going due to prior engagements, I will be travelling up with some guys from SEAT enthusiasts with Fab 16v and maybe lfc958. Not sure about Andy though. I am meeting the SEAT lot at Toddington services on the M1 at about 6am, so should be at Silverstone for 7-7.30.

If you pm me your number I can always give you a bell when we get there.

Yeah, i'll just not gother going to bed , usualy works, have a kip in afternoon.

Which bit of Leics you in? As a guide Kibworth (thanks to the new dual carriageway'd bits) is now only about 10 minutes away from Oadby racecourse! I'll be in that layby at 6! [yawn]

Gates open to the public at 0900 - we should all be in by then..... There will be another 4500 cars trying to get in at the same time so please allow for this! Also dont forget that the briefing for the track session is 1000. Miss it and they wont let you on the track!

OH! Would you rather meet at the junction at Lutterworth? We can then just blip down the M1 to the A43 and down to Silverstone? I dunno the junction though? - might be 20? If you pop off the Lutterworth junction, and head toward M.Harborough, and there's parking just off the motorway I reckon - might be easier for both of us to meet there?

Steve last year there were 4000+ cars on show INSIDE the circuit.

And a possible 4000+ public cars parking outside.

7-30 seems to be the best time to arrive :eek: as from 8 onwards you are stuck in LONG queues just to get in. and if your on the track you dont wanna be late!

Thanks for the Info :( I have to get up @ 5 on workday, this means I will have to leave home @ 5 ! OUCH ! ) and do 71 MPH.

Same here mate.

the only difference being my "passengers" will have probably just got in after a night on the pop and will be sleeping it off!! (loud music in order i think for the journey )
