Do i need to shorten bumpstops when lowering?

Featured Replies

Exactly as it says on the tin! Just wondered about this - does anyone do uprated/shortened bumpstops for the Fabia VRS? I've got a 40mm Bilstein Streetline kit to go on the car.

Cheers

I would cut the front down for sure. rears are a little more tricky and would need to be cut in the middle and bonded back together again, but I dont normally do the rears. They are designed to be compressed.

yes! the need shorting

and all suspenion company do uprated bumps just order from the same place you got your springs
