How do i remove the ashtray and Cig ligter from my Felicia, i want to remove the chrome part that holds the ashtray, and also remove the cig. lighter.

But how do i du that?

The reason for asking is that i am going to mount a 7 inch touch screen instead of a radio and ashtray, so i can get my car pc mountet.

Haynes manual says....

Remove instrument panel

Remove ashtray and carefully unclip faceplate and remove from heater control panel

Slacken and remove heaer control panel retaining screws then free panel from the rear of the fascia to gain access to the ashtray surround/cig lighter retaining screws.

Using a right angled screwdriver slacken and remove retaining screws located in heater control panel aperture then slide the ashtray surround panel/ciggie lighter assembly out from the fascia, disconnecting wiring as it becomes accessible.

So basically you have to take out the heater control panel to gain access to the screws underneath.

There are some pictures included in the Haynes manual.
