has anybody ever tried fitting aftermarket seats in a felicia?

it's something i've been thinking about but i dont know where to start, think i might have to fabricate the mountings myself, i've done a bit of digging about and as usual there's nothing for the humble felly

i did have a pair of seats but i gave them to a mate

found these cheapies on ebayebay linky it's got to be worth a go even if they are crap and break after a few weeks i'll just buy some new ones at that price

put these cheap Sparco seats in mine

The mounts are MGZR ones that i had, didnt need much modification to make them fit

Lined up correctly in 3 out of the 4 places, had to weld in a piece to make it perfect

I fitted these in my Fun. Wasnt to hard at all, the seats had flat runner on them so I mounted the front of the runner into the crossmember and then joined the two posts at the back together so i could put the rear mount where I needed it.

can you get seats to fit tall people to? i'm 6"6' but thats a european 6"6' by 13stone, not the american 6"6' by 33stone.

I know sb who fitted "König" seats without any problems... Available in germany for 400 € each
