Anyone know NC54 LDL??

Featured Replies

I bought my red Skoda Fabia VRS with some light front accident damage - reg number NC54LDL.

As i've been slowly repairing it and modifying it i've notice it's already got :

After market bootspoiler (which is growing on me!)

Green Cotton panel filter

EBC Green Stuff pads

Eibach Springs

I was just wondering that with the range of modifications whether the previous owner uses this forum or anyone who knows of the car?

It has Silbury Skoka written on the number plates etc.

I popped it down the petrol station this evening as it was completely empty of juice, so that I can take it to the paint shop tomorrow. Do they normally wheel spin in second without trying too hard?? (greasy conditions) And the traction control was trimming the power back even in 4th!!

Pics please.

Especially the boot spoiler.

Here is a pic of it from the place I bought it from. I'll post some pics up once it comes back from paint as it will also have gained :

De-badged grill

De-badged bootlid

17" OEM VW wheels in black

Numberplates

Strut brace

Cup holder

And soon to be on order:

Facia plate so I can fit my Apline deck in it

Whiteline RARB

Dont know if I like the boot spoiler, almost makes it look like an old shape astra! :o

Not sure on the spoiler either, but it does make the car a bit more individual  always a good thing ;)

Yes they will wheel spin in 2nd. & 3rd. in the wet. When I bought mine many moons ago nearly **** myself at the first roundabout. Exiting the roundabout in 3rd. in the wet and floored it. Nearly ended up sideways. Good fun once you get used to it but not my normal style of driving.

...and 4th and 5th if you're accelerating up hill where some plonker has used his tractor to drag mud onto the road from one of his fields :)
