Love it!!

will you be using it as a daily driver or just for track days + weekends....

have you honestly planned this properly :o

wow just read again this in a mk2!!!!!!!!

Edited by westallc
silly boy didnt read properly lol

it not really the ultimate rs project as its been done before just ask des:thumbup::thumbup:

to my 2007 octavia RS

;)

I'd definitely consider traction/handling/brakes in this, as that kind of power on the standard car would be rather interesting to drive I reckon :)

Will be fun to watch the project, worth starting a project journal perhaps?

Have fun :)

Interesting to read your choice of boost controller, any reason why you cant/wont use the std engine ECU to control boost?

Will you need to uprate the pistons and crank as well as the rods or will the standard ones be ok?

And as and when you get going on the work,

:wrthless: :D:D

my friend has a leon cupra 1.8T and he uses the same setup without traction/handling/brakes etc. upgrades

but no . i will upgrade the brakes and lower the car as soon as possible

i didn't decide on that part really. the guys in unitronic chose that part and told me that i will be able to use it either 350 bhp or 550 bhp.

I had to cut the bonnet catch's plastic part to fit it inside the grill  You can still push it up by inserting your fingers a little more inside the bonnet

Thanks Simon. I only painted the oem alloys, did not change them :D

As i live here in Turkey i do not have the chance to find all the parts at the same time. They maybe easy to find in lots of tuning stores in England but so rare here. Also the customs service in my country causes problem all the time, so it will take time but i will complete my project.
