Service - Oil Indicator

Featured Replies

Hi guys.....I'm new to this site but have owned Skoda's for several years.

Started off with a couple of Estelles and then a Favorit before buying a 1.4 16V Fabia Estate which is now just over 3 years old.

Anyway the reason for the post is I have just changed the oil myself for the for the first time as the car is now out of warranty but I can not find out how to reset the SERVICE - OIL indicator that appears on start-up.

I have searched the FAQ's but can't find anything. Is there a way to do it without using the VAG tool ??

Cheers :)

I don't know if the procedure for the Octavia described here works for the Fabia too, but it's worth a try.

Have a look here -
