Some good news

From April you will be able to use numbers plates with our national flags under the GB logo legally. That is for the Union Jack, English St. George, Nothern Island flag, Wales dragon and Scots Saltire. You have my MP Bob Spink to thank for his Private Members Bill.

Will you be able to drive abroad legally, without the EU flag showing? If not, then what's the point...

Whats legal here will be legal over there. There are always differences in UK Motoring law to what the Euro zone have. Its not a safety issue. ie. Each country has different style plates, colours etc.

Yes, but will you need a GB sticker as the European Law version was you don't if you have the GB with a Euro or the Countries Flag. The union jack if the flag for GB, so while I can see the Euro and the Union Jack being fine, I'm less sure about the rest.
