Sounds like you have a couple of faults rather than just one. Limp mode could be a boost leak from one of the pipes, probably at the inter-cooler. Windows can be reset, try a search for that one. Pump leaking diesel will be a feed hose gone brittle or split.

If possible, get the car to a decent VAG or Skoda dealer, there are good and bad out there.
