New Candy White vRS

Featured Replies

No real point to this thread other that to say I've sat in my new vRS today. It'll be a 09 plate to be picked up next Sunday. Spec is tfsi manual with xenons, rear parking sensors, maxidot, heated seats and autodim/rain sensor/lights assist.

The balero radio looks a nice bit of kit and I'm looking forward to seeing it when it is polished up (currently has body work protection film and spring chocks - sitting in the air at the moment). I'll need to sort out a photo shoot next to my lemon yellow mk I Octy vRS and post some pics. Unlike its predecessor, there are no plans to modify it, less may be a few subtle exterior tweaks.

So for those who have previously had a mk I vRS, is the mk II a more grown up drive?

Nice all sounds good. Please post up some piccies when you get it

Ah, so which car is coming at the end of April then? :D I've put you down on my sheet as the yellow peril, but maybe now it is going to be the white lightning? :D

get a pic now of it,something to remember it by in a few years time.

The theory is yellow peril, however, if I can persuade the wife, I'll look at booking an extra stand place and bring both! But keep it as one car for now....:D

Only extra £8 to bring an additional car (and said driver) :)

Now get some pics of the white one :D

Infinately so Lee but you'll draw that conclusion yourself over time, personally I think you'll love it

.......oh and you NEED to map it to get the best out of it ;)

That's the good thing about plans Lee, they can be changed :D

There is currently 20% off of the most important one of those so act quickly ;)

This is currently 20% off of the most important one of those so act quickly ;)

....... which roughly translated from 'gobbledgook' means that your nearest friendly REVO dealer might have a 20% tempter for you ;)

Edit: thats better Mr Stu :P

Don't think you'll be too hard to spot either:cool: Bright white-lightning on an 09..... Nice.

Enjoy.....

I hope you enjoy cleaning your car as much as me, I love mine in white, just hard to keep it that way. Mind you it's not as bad as black I dont think. Enjoy the new car! Another member of the white vRS club!

Picking up tomorrow!

First mod will be a Briskoda sticker.

It'll be spending its first week at Heathrow T5 short stay parking though, I'm off to Kenya for a week (no holiday though!)

I hope it will still be there untouched on your return!

I'd have been tempted to pick it up a week or so later rather than leave it in an airport car park.

You'll love it in white - it looks so good when it is clean but it gets dirty quite quickly.

Very nice! You did well to find a sunny day! I'm looking forward to my first summer with mine.
