Best place is to see if your local scrappie have a fabia in them or ebay is worth a try.

Cheapest place might be a scrapyard if they have any that are of that type, or buy the genuine ones from Skoda (not the cheapest I know as per your link), or from say Halfords or a similar place get a full set, would not have the Skoda badges then of course though

I honestly can't remember the name of the site, but I'm sure there's a site that lets you search several thousand scrappies for a specific part. Of course, if you don't have the style name or part number you'll get a pile of false positives looking for wheel trims!
