The answer is I don't think you can - unless you fit a new front bumper too! Did some measurements at the local dealer today and the facelifted grille is 2-3" deeper than the previous one. The front bumper of the facelifted model has been scooped out to accommodate the new grille. If fitted to a pre-facelift car, the grille would foul the front bumper when the bonnet was closed.

Ah well, one less mod to spend money on...
