Search under Octavia MDF2 install on this site, I am sure it is virtually the same. Just a case of prising the surround off gently and the unit is held in by 5 thorx screws. I installed a parrot system and it was brilliant but a real pain to fit! lots of scratches to my hands doing it. I have taken it out about 6months ago and fitted a 2din unit with 7" screen,bluetooth and sat nav,only cost me £350 on ebay! you never know may be a bit more room on the Superb. good luck!

Thanks for that, thinking about getting the columbus unit but wondering if sat nav any good compared to garmin, does it use navtec maps?

£1300 option for a columbus no thanks! personally would go for a tom tom unit (520/530 has bluetooth and can go through the radio) it is more up to date (map updates every 3 months), as I have said my unit for £350 does every thing but the maps are not very good. I will be using a tom tom 740 on my Superb. Like you need sat nav & phone and would love the columbus but not at that price!
